So cupcake Durant didn't want to be the man or wanted to have someone else to help him do the work, like Steph Curry.
Well pair Durant right now with another guard in the NBA that would compliment him in such a way and would be a dynamic force together. Who would that be?
James Harden.
cupcake did want to leave. He wanted to do somewhere he wouldn't have any pressure.
Your tangent on Westbrook is the part that had nothing to do with what I had said.
How does any of that have anything to do with the Lakers returning to the playoffs?
Presti drafted all 3.
Your FO thinks this too. It's why you will never get any better than what you have right now as long as Westbrook in on the team.
It abonis when they had everything to do with what you said. Again, you said "cupcake left becuse he wanted to." I pointed out that h wanted to leave because of WEstbrook. I also pointed out the improvement in Oladipo and Sabonis when they got away from Westbrook and that everyone is saying you will lose PG because of Westbrook.
How many more players have to leave before your fan base and your FO can wrap their heads around the fact that Westbrook is the problem?
Easy. If what everyone seems to be expecting to happen actually happens...the Lakers will be back in the playoffs next season and the guy you're about to lose because of Westbrook will have had a lot to do with it.
Yes but Presti also traded Harden and he didn't move Westbrook when it was clear him and KD weren't working out. Westbrook was clearly talented, but KD is a generation talent. If you could build a team around KD or Westbrook, who's easier to accomplish? Alternately if Presti was such a great gm(and I believe he still is), he would have no problem doing this.
He's got a point.
My teams claim to fame is Patrick Beverley's Mom running the table on the Price is right wearing a Clippers shirt.
Seriously, she is the most accomplished person EVER while wearing the Paper Clips logo.

and while i'm fairly certain you thought this was funny deep in the inner recesses of your mind HE'S not calling the shots either...
but nice try...i guess...
If Lavar was calling the shots in OKC, I'll bet he'd have been smart enough to trade Westbrook and keep KD.
funny thing is his little "Lakers suck" monologue went down the toilet as soon as he was reminded our FO was no longer run by a complete moron...
huh, wonder why...?
Anyone that sayz "Lakers suck" ain't all that bad.
look out, he's gonna try and BORE you out of the argument. you see how well THAT works...
