I also pointed out the improvement in Oladipo and Sabonis when they got away from Westbrook and that everyone is saying you will lose PG because of Westbrook.

Yes but Presti also traded Harden and he didn't move Westbrook when it was clear him and KD weren't working out. Westbrook was clearly talented, but KD is a generation talent. If you could build a team around KD or Westbrook, who's easier to accomplish? Alternately if Presti was such a great gm(and I believe he still is), he would have no problem doing this.
