This is a tough one. I think OKC’s firepower will get them through this battle.

Utah has quietly been the best team in basketball in 2018. This series will boil down to Russ versus Mitchell.

If Mitchell can avoid rookie playoff yips, the Jazz win the series.

Jazz in 6. The Jazz are extremely hot right now at the right time. Add to that they have an elite defensive team and I think they can cause fits to the Thunder.

The Thunder when rolling are really, really good. Up there with the best in the NBA, IMO. I feel like of any team, the Jazz were the worst matchup for them because of their defense. But I think the Jazz will be able to frustrate the Thunder on the defensive end, which could lead to some frustration. I feel like the Jazz can and will be disruptive against the Thunder.

I second this - especially if they are able to frustrate PG enough to disrupt his game. PG is the key for OKC in this series.

I agree that if they are able to frustrate them it could lead to some frustration.

But seriously. Every team is both a good and bad matchup for the Thunder. Because the Thunder are hit and miss. They either look great or they look horrible. And there is zero consistency. A good coach might be able to get a consistent level of play but we will never know.
