Oh shut, I just realized they dont need any defensive players now. They have a system and that means everything.

I am not sure if you guys have heard, but several people on this team come from the Patriots. As a side effect they now get the mythical system that means more than anything else.

Kerryon Johnson is now the barometer for me when it comes to evaluating Bob Quinn.

Quinn spent a fortune in order to get Kerryon. He ignored a terrible defense yet again to get Kerryon. To me that signals that whatever metrics BQ uses said Kerryon is absolutely “can’t miss”. If Kerryon fails then it means BQ doesn’t know how to judge talent.

Yeah, but instead of wasting a 4th fo trade up for a late 3rd round talent we could have traded back and grabbed one of those Dline talents and other picks.

Just think of all the defense we could have ignored if traded back!

We got 2 guys I wanted so far that I mentioned in the other thread. I agree we reached for them though. Still glad we got them but it was more expensive then I care for. I think once Landry went off the board they had to make sure they got their other guy.

Avery and Okarwonko is still there at DE/OLB. So is Settle and Hurst at DT.
