Chapelle's Killing Them Softly is great. Dave's best stuff is his "white guy" voice.

I also like Larry Miller's 5 Stages of Drinking, and his Skiing bit is hilarious, even if a bit long. Its a 30 minute bit on a 90 minute HBO routine.

Anything by O'Neal, Burr, Carlin. All make convincingly logical and good arguments while making it funny. Their stand-up generally makes me happy (laughter) and depressed (doomed society) at the same time.
