Fantasy football didn't exist in the '60's..its like saying Satchel Paige would be the best pitcher in MLB history, only problem being, he was barely in the MLB, so doesn't really count, even if true..which may very well be.
So, while you may need to know NFL history..the history if FF could be important as well, plus depending on your scoring system and position eligibility rules, his QB scoring may not even have counted, even if there was was FF.

even if it did exist most fantasy sites only let u use a player at 1 position so as a kicker his qb stats wouldnt count

unknown team cause the O sucked but only 14 games
