enough is enough i say tho , its a completely different team with cam in net, we have seen enough to be inagreement, its crunch time with 2nd half in play, and lots of teams hoverin around a playoff spot


if he does and it works AV is a hero, if it fails, he's gone.. he's got a tough decision to make either way, sather stay out of it!

Doubt it Pasta, too much money riding on Hank. Remember Dale Hunter putting Ovechkin on the 3rd line a couple years back? That got him fired. Same will happen to AV if he starts Cam over Hank.

Its not the same circumstance, Hunter put OVI on the 3rd line and it messed his game up and the caps didnt benefit from it. Talbot's winning and stopping shots puts the Rangers in a win position, Sather is not going to fire AV for winning when Hank is losing. Face it NYR fans this is the start of the end for Hank and for the first time in his career he will NOT have a 500 season. AV must put Talbot in or jepordize going to the post season.

Hunter put OV on the 3rd because he didn't play good defense. They played their best defense when OV was on the bench. Of course they benefitted. Hunter wouldn't have put OV on the bench if it didn't benefit the team. Hunter took the Caps further than Oates who let OV loose. Hunter got fired for the same thing you're expecting AV to do: bench the long term investment.

Hunter in his 1st year coaching knocked off the defending champs in the 1st round & took the 1st seed to 7 in the 2nd round with an AHL goalie. But benching the face of the franchise was his undoing. If AV wants to win then Cam is the guy. However, if he wants to keep his job then he has to go with Hank. That's my take, we'll see how this goes.

Joe Torre had a lot more credibility than AV does tho.

Thats where you are wrong AV will keep his job if Talbot keeps winning, If Talbot is losing he wont need to make a change Hank has too many angles of vulnerability in his game. Goat knew it all to well that is why the defense first was part of the plan.

Hank shouldn't have had the GOAT fired. GOAT was probably the best thing Hank ever had going for him.

Probably best to go with the hot goalie since they're facing the #1 offense in the NHL, although Hank didn't have a bad game against the BJ's.

True, but if Cam has a big game against the Blackhawks, that's setting up a goalie controversy. I would probably play Hank just to play it safe.
