Game Thread: Wild Hosting Flyers, December 2, 2013

The Flyer board already has a game thread up in which a Flyer nutcase implies no one wants to live in the state my grandmother grew up in. Rather than argue with him I'll start one here.

The preview on espn.go.com says the Wild are 0-3-1 in their last 4. One loss coming in a shootout.

I, for one would rather watch a 2nd overtime with 3 a side before the shootout, but I don't actually play the game so
I don't actually know how practical it would be.

Here's hoping the Wild win all 3 periods and doesn't have to worry about an overtime.

Extremely slim, IMO: The Wild just aren't there yet. Maybe next season, or the one after that.

I agree. The Hawks and Blues own us for now and we've had some trouble with the Avs as well. Getting to the finals would be a stretch but anything can happen especially with Harding in net. Dude is on fire!

The Bruins do seem a bit more likely to go that far than the Wild, but probability is not certainty.

Harding made a very good impression on me in this game, the 1st I've seen him in.
