Sure he's better then moving some of our pen up.. But IMO he shouldn't ave been signed to start with. Too many ? Going in. Potential should only be used for young players.

yep...he's mediocre mid rotation fodder...but he's also a Vet, and another character guy in that clubhouse...after '11 and '12, that's a staff that was in desperate need of a leader...and he's providing some of that too.

We did get rid of MatsuWALKa, who was a major bust especially for the money we paid him.

I like Dempster better than that discredit to Japanese baseball, but not by much.
