coaching is definitely a big one.

QB play is another huge one. Ole Miss has a Sr starter and Miss St had a Jr., both lower rated, but both have more experience than Tommy. Both also are seeing the field a lot better on passing plays, which shows how poor our QB coaching is.

We Nebraska fans sure are good at crying over spilled milk.

The fact of the matter is Ole Piss and MSU have better players and coaching.

They just do. They draw about the same interest from good players as we do, and they land just as many, if not more than we do, but they had more of those players pan out and they're better coached.

Bottom line: They're better right now because they just are.

Nebraska is a better school to play for top to bottom. Everything about Nebraska is one hundred times better if you're a football player but we have a shitty coaching staff who 1. Can't recruit and 2. Can't coach. Bad combo.

Although, coaching can even cut down on turnovers. So, I might list it as

Talent and ability affects turnovers. Truly good teams don't usually have that problem because they're not in situations where they're pressing to make a play. There's no magical solution. I think this really is the best team we've had since 2009. Do i think we could run the table from here to the end of December? Yes. This team is physically capable. They're just not mentally equipped IMO and that's Bo's fault.

Our HC is one of the most mentally frail people I've ever seen in that kind of power position and it trickles down.
