pretty solid list, right there. I think Kurt and Clint could be questionable though.

Keep an eye on Logano this year. The way he has looked in the early season he should be able to sneak into the 9th or 10th spot.


If he doesn't start too many fights with other drivers.

I agree Tiger, Kurt especially. That is a single car team and it already puts them behind, Kurt has run up front though a lot this season until something happens and that is why I put him in, thinking they at some point will get more luck. I think Clint will make it, Tony Stewart is the one looking from the outside, that is strange.

I think Stewart is done. He doesn't run up front much this year. Not sure what's going on with his team, because the problem is not the driver...

A few of my fellow CBS guys are spelling things with there favorite teams.


Tony has not looked good since winning the championship 2 years ago, that change of CC was not a good thing for that team. I did think it was funny today after posting about how much better Logano has looked this year to flip to the race and see he was already out.

I did think it was funny today after posting about how much better Logano has looked this year to flip to the race and see he was already out.

I wonder if the 3rd SHR team is slowing Tony down. When RCR first went to 3 teams, they were pretty bad. Of course, two of those drivers were Jeff Green and Robby Gordon... But that 3rd SHR team has to be somewhat of a distraction, if such a team is capable of being one. I'm not confident that he can get in the top 10, mostly because he hasn't performed well enough anywhere. Maybe he can get some plate race/road course wins and get in that way.

Absolutely. Normally I wouldn't count anybody out this early, but Tony is a doosh and he deserves to finish in 36th. I'm pulling for him to continue tanking.

I was at Phoenix and at Las vegas and at Fontana when Tony went after Joey. I think here is a problem with 3 cars and it is the #10 car. Danca is way overhyped and I understand why of course but I think it is draining from Stewart and Newman. I don't think Stewart will not make the chase. There is a lot of racing left though and anything can happen.

Well Blue, just like everything else in my sportsfan career. I am hangin' my hat on the 43 who is already in 11th place. I have watched Richard Petty since the days when NASCAR was some local bunch down south running stock cars and Richard was winning races with his father and the family car. RPM has quietly put together a pretty consistent team this year. I just wish dumbass Dodge would not have left the sport-again. It would be pretty cool to see RPM winning with Dodge. But yes, my vote goes to the 43 and maybe even the 9.
