Today did not look like a good day for M's with all that was working against them. A hot White Sox team, 8 hour game yesterday, late flight in, no pen, and Marco. Just let this one go and take the next two.

And Marco + lineup with 4 guys batting under .220, 2 of them under .200 isn't going to be a winning combo most days.

Marco going 7 and giving up 3 isn't terrible. M's only getting 3 hits through 5 and getting 14 outs in a row is about par for the course.

Marco did his job today by giving them 7 innings. Offense just needed to do a bit more. A lot of stuff went against them today thanks to the rain delay yesterday.

Lost ground with Tor taking care of their DH today and Rays also won.

Disappointing result, but can't be too upset after all the shenanigans yesterday. The opportunities to win were definitely there though.

I thought it was a tough loss, but great game considering everything they went through. Now they have the pressure on them to take the next two. Can be done. And I really hated seeing Elvis sign with them. I knew that was going to haunt us. I wanted him, but hey we have Lamb...
