Roughly 100 million in prorated bonuses and another 45 million in guaranteed salaries. Roseman has invested heavily in mediocrity. They have less flexibility than any team in the league to improve this team.

There are no guaranteed salaries in the nfl.

The only guarantee is the signing bonus. Bonus does not equal salary.

So again look at the details at overthecap. for instance Vinny Curry and Zach Ertz have fully guaranteed salaries of 7m and 4m in 2017. Those guys are getting paid whether they are here or not.

Both of those salaries are well below the franchise or transition tag numbers for their positions. So I am not sure what your point is.

Ctc seemed to think salaries in the nfl are not guaranteed. Point is that sometimes they are. Not to mention that the larger point is all tbe bad deals Howie has been cutting. Not sure if any other GM handed out that kind of level of guarantees. And in those two cases some on this board has advocated cutting these two which seems unlikely given their contracts. As far as comparing with the franchise tag numbers not sure what your point is? Do.you honestly think these are good contracts ?
