Agree. Offense needs some work and we need to drop 48+ on them for me to feel comfortable about where we are. I think once we get a few games in the books the offense will be clicking.

I really hope we get the younger guys a lot of reps in this game. Holmes and JC need 15 carries each, I want to see Stanford play, and see Manning get some reps

None got in on D. When Fuller was limping a bit after one play, I thought that we might see Manning, though I am pretty sure that Bonner would move over and Boye would go in at FS if that happened.

That was a big hit Fuller and Jarrett put on each other that one play. Glad they were both OK

The main thing I want out of the Austin Peay game is a crushing lead after the first half so the starters can come out and we can get the backups playing time. Treat it like a preseason game.

I think the goal should be 35 to 40 pts by halftime and let the backups play the entire 2nd half. This is the best shot to get Leal and others valuable playing experience.

Yep, hopefully we can allow the offense to get a rhythm going in the first half, then pull all the starters in the second half. Anybody got a pic of the awful helmets we are supposed to wear for this one?
