If Georgia wins the CCG, and OSU does as well, it's likely #3 Michigan won't be dropped out of the Top 4 for losing to the #2 ranked team.

That leaves one spot, and TCU seems bound to take that spot.

Clemson won't get in over any of those 4 teams, imo.

If Notre Dame loses to USC, that won't bode well for Clemson who lost to Notre Dame. If Notre Dame beats USC, well, that MIGHT open up an outside shot for Clemson getting in, but OSU would have to pummel Michigan, or TCU would have to lose. If LSU beats Georgia, both of them get in. If LSU can't beat Georgia, with 3 losses this season, they probably don't deserve to get in. A 1 loss Clemson, despite the weakness of their resume, might slip in, but TCU would have to get beaten soundly in the CCG, and/or Michigan would have to get beaten soundly by OSU, then maybe Clemson slips in.

I'm not saying Clemson sucks, but they have ZERO mind blowing impressive wins, and that loss to Notre Dame should almost disqualify them all by itself. If they get in, it will only be because of a lack of better candidates.

Still stunned about what happened last night. Rattler was just making quick decisions and flinging the ball. He was dead accurate. 6 TD's, no picks, 11.8 ypa and 438 yards. Of course the Gamecock spaces are all "where the hell has this been all year". If we could somehow win in death valley next week, it would be HUGE for recruiting. The Vol Nation threads were wonderful meltdown specimens.
