Ageed.

Also, Lions fans losing their shit over nothing more than a camp body. Like other teams dont do that. What a bunch of pathetic losers on this board.

Two points

1. I don't know that anyone is "losing their shit", more we are mocking this signing.

2. Based on BQ's history, he has every reason to be mocked, and until he proves us wrong, he's a dipshit.

Lions signed WR Geremy Davis, formerly of the Chargers.

Davis has played in 36 games for the Giants and Chargers since 2015, yet has just nine career targets. The 28-year-old WR isn't expected to compete for anything more than a roster spot and potential role as the offense's No. 4 or No. 5 WR.

How does this happen?
I feel for you. The cowboys wasted 3 2nd round picks on tight ends over a 5 year period while they had Jason Witten on the roster in his prime. It is called a bad GM in the cowboys example

Do you really think Jerry Jones is bad at drafting? I freely admit I haven't focused much on other teams drafts the past 2-3 years but it always seems like that is one thing Jones does do well. Maybe my view is tainted by the Lions...

honest question, you absolutely could be right.

I think his son has taken that responsibility, and appears to be pretty good at it. Especially at drafting oline.

It could be worse.

You could be signing away one of the top wide receivers in the game simply because he exerts too much leadership in the locker room.

Based on that prediction, I'm putting the over/under on catches at 3.5. Which side you got?!?

I'll take the over if it's Stafford.
Under if it's the backup our GM wasted millions of dollars on.

The Lions starters are 3rd string, can't make it to tough on MP when it comes to cuts. It would be a tragedy to the Ownership if the Lions won a playoff game.
Like other teams dont do that.
The Cleveland Browns comes to mind.

Hey we signed Geronimo Allison too.

Lions signed WR Geronimo Allison to a one-year, $1 million contract.
Allison took a step back last year after flashing in 2018, finishing with a 34/287/2 line while playing 63 percent of snaps. His 60 targets were third on the Packers, but Allison faded down the stretch, failing to clear 40 yards after Week 4. Signing with Detroit allows Allison to stay in the division, but it would take an injury ahead of him to open 2020 higher than the No. 4 receiver behind Kenny Golladay, Marvin Jones, and Danny Amendola. It’s a travesty Bob Quinn wasn’t able to bring Suh back. What a piece of shit ginger.

Did not know that. Thank you

We will re sign Golladay to a long term deal but Marv Jones is definitely on his last year if he makes it that far w us. Amendola is in a similar situation where we signed him for 1 year, and I assume he will make the cut but we could easily draft his replacement in April.

You are forgetting that he was a Patriot once, we will keep him, at far more than his market value.

Yup that definitely sounds like a BQ decision 2 guys that have close to the same production and you let the cheaper guy walk and sign the guy thats going to want top end WR money. :rolleyes2:

Sounds like the next GM will have to contend with the salary cap... another revolving struggle situation to remain bottom feeders.
