On behalf of “#DavidMulugheta”, who I speak to often, I can confirm this information is made up,
Or worse, force him to go to Philly.NFL should blackball Watson from the league.
Lots of cryptic information out there
Watson needs to “demand” and not “request” a trade
and needs to make a statement that he will never play for the Texans again
Thats when I’ll believe he is being moved
You might think Watson has little leverage but as far as the Texans moving forward, in a way he does have plenty of leverage.Watson can demand anything he likes.
He will play for Houston if they don't get the type of offer that a team in rebuild with limited draft picks because of a previous incompetent FO like them would want to see for a young franchise QB.
I can't explain enough how little leverage Watson has right now. With the new holdout rules that were put in place about 1 year ago, it will be a long, long, long time before we see a player under contract like Watson hold out for more than 4 days from training camp. The financial implications of holding out longer than that are just way too severe. And the entire NFL knows it.
If it was made up Watson would've already had a presser . He definitely wants out . Doesn't mean he will get his wish thoughSometimes I don’t get this...I get the player doesn’t control rumors and in the grand scheme of things it doesn’t matter what the rumors are but he needs to address the situation. But it seems like in most of these instances where the player isn’t talking and he wants out...the rumor is true. I just think if they weren’t true Watson would have at least tweeted something. Not buying he doesn’t want out

is this speculation or facts? There is a little technicality apparently about “demanding” and not “requesting”
if a player “demands”, he automatically waves his NTC
Not with a “request”
heard that little tidbit, interesting
is this speculation or facts?
just curious, because logically this makes sense. But since even if you demanded a trade doesnt mean the team has too, so I could have seen it the other way as well.I heard it on the Cowherd show and it was stated as fact
the context last week was that he was very careful in requesting a trade and not demanding one

If have to listen to what a great leading, civic minded, wonderful teammate and thoughtful gem of human being this guy is one more time I'm gonna fuckin throw up. This team paid this guy a shit ton of money for his services and that doesnt include implementing his on personal social agenda in Houston's front office. Someone needs to inform this ignoramus that this aint the NBA and he's not Lebron James......Watson can demand anything he likes.
