Is LeBron James running on fumes after his 61 points? - Sun Sentinel

The latest Ask Ira: People still asking if LBJ is running on fumes after his 61 points? The answer is still NO. The problem, as always, is he has gotten complacent. It has nothing to do with that game - the opponent or anything. It all has to do with LBJ being a complacent diva. He should have been held to the same standards as the rest of the players of the team and been disallowed to attend the Big Z retirement ceremony - And for doing so, should have been fined to set an example.

By looking at this latest Ask Ira, I can see some people are FINALLY growing tired of the useless scrub Shane Battier in the starting lineup. People are finally calling for a change far too many games late. It has been times for a change in a long time - But, I am sadly still afraid that this staff overvalues that useless scrub far too much to get him out of the lineup. I mean we got rid of a few guys already that we could have kept on the team that would have helped a lot more than he has in his career here.

As I said yesterday, our inconsistencies began when we shortened the rotation which is a mistake because our depth is our strength… We need to open it up again - But, first and foremost we need to remove the scrub from the starting lineup, better yet - from the team - Even if it means picking up a guy we wont be able to use in the playoffs. At least we will have someone worth the roster spot.

Heat Check: Loss to Bulls shows Miami may need home-court in playoffs | FOX Sports on MSN

Hmm, this article suggesting the Heat may in fact need home court throughout the post-season to be successful.

They need to get their priorities in order. Get the 1 seed in the east. Win the division… win the conf and they will win the NBA title… If they dont get their priorities in order, they will fall short and it wont surprise me when it happenss.

It all starts tonight, they need to start by getting the scrub out of the lineup.

Diva Wade will man-up and play tonight on the second night of a B2B - Greg Oden will be inactive. And, as usual, the scrub Shane Battier will be the honorary inactive player, even though he will be listed as active on the scoresheet - He will obviously contribute in no way other than negative as usual.

Chalmers, Wade, James, Battier, Bosh. Starters for tonight.

As I expected and was afraid of - Spo will be stubborn and keep the useless scrub Shane Battier in the starting lineup - again, for no reason. You have to hope he gets into foul trouble earlier than yesterday in order for him not to impact the game so negatively again. Clearly, the only way this piece of shit is not used is if he is injured… so that is all we can hope for - like it or not.

Nice to see UD get meaningful minutes - Should always get them as a starter over the useless scrub Shane Battier

UD doing what he does, bringing the blue-collar effort as only he can - The scrub cant do that.

UD comes in, scrub comes out and the Heat turn it up on both ends especially on the boards… No surprise at all

Yes, the game is competitive which is not a good sign for the Heat have not done so well of late in competitive games. These are the games in which they should blowout the opponent. They are playing with fire by keeping the opponent in the game to this point still.

Tonight was once again proof that DWade can stop being a diva and sitting out games and is very capable of playing back to back games and do it well if he just puts in the effort.

Hmm... it appears the Wizards faltered mightly in the 4th quarter. Hats off to you guys. My team needs to be competitive through all 4 quarters.

The winning formula applied and the Heat win - Remove the scrub out of the game early enough and Heat win… With the win the Heat have now clinched a playoff spot. Could have done so much sooner, of course.
