100% correct IMHO. I've said the same thing for a while now. During 7 on 7 they just touch 'em down instead of bringing them to the ground. It carries over to the fall. The 7 on 7 improves their covering them and getting to them but not bringing them to the ground.I think the increased 7 on 7 has something to do with it too. Skill players improve and defenders get more time covering, but not hitting. Putting defenders in a mind set not to hit and tackle could affect things if you think about it.
