Just going with the basic tonight, burger, potatoes, onions, garlic and carrots...

I dig pretty much anything cooked over hot coals in tinfoil. Throw a giant slice of onion on the bottom....acts as a lubricant, but still gets all caramelized and delicious. Yum

Thawed out some walleye last night. Grilling it up in tinfoil right now with nice sweet onion slices underneath.

I decided to use some lemon-pepper as well.
