Just some guesses:

Deshaun Watson to the Jets.

Matt Stafford to Colts.

Dak Prescott stays on the Cowboys

Jared Goff stays on the Rams.

Jimmy G stays on the Niners.

Tua stays on Dolphins

Teddy Bridgewater to the Bears.

Gardner Minshew to Patriots.

Ryan Fitzpatrick to the Broncos.

Alex Smith to the Dolphins.

Cam Newton to Washington Football Team.

Panthers draft a QB.

Texans draft a QB and have Sam Darnold.
If Watson goes to the Jets, looks like them and Pats will be competing for 3rd place in the AFCE. Memories (20 years worth) is what I can fall back on

I had the Colts getting Stafford. His trade changes the calculus for the Colts.

I don't think the Colts have the draft capital to go after Watson. However, if the Jets make the totally illogical trade for Watson or draft a QB, the Colts should look into Darnold. Darnold reminds me of Rivers (at least my memory of his college career) and I think he would fit. He likely would take a 3, or maybe a 2 if the Jets have other suitors.

If they need a place holder, I'd talk to Ryan Fitzpatrick or Andy Dalton.

They may just have to accept that their generally solid team is going to have a hard time making the playoffs next season.

Another thing to consider is the 2022 class of eligible QBs, which will likely include Sam Howell, Jedon Slovis, Spencer Rattler, Brock Purdy and J T Daniels, among others.

He's gonna QB the Saints and will look like a different player after a year+ of being with Sean Payton.
All he needs is a couple of crab legs and cafeteria hoes to bring back the old Mr. Winston

They need to be calling Philly for Wentz.....Reich coached him in Philly when Wentz had his best season.

I could see Fitzpatrick or Dalton as a stopgap solution for a year or 2.

I think Darnold can bounce back with a good coach.....Gase was horrible and the Jets OL was bad.

Looking forward to what the Pats do for QB position. Strange, seems BB backed himself into a corner by not trying out QBs they had on roster. Have no idea what they are planning to do.

I think that the Jets should stick with Darnold and use their draft capital to add pieces around him. I'd trade back on the #2 overall and ask for three first round picks, assuming that one would be in this year's top 10, and change.
