His strikeout rate actually isn't bad at all compared to many current players. His 16.9 percent career strikeout rate would be below Giancarlo Stanton, Bryce Harper, Paul Goldschmidt, Kris Bryant, Corey Seager, Aaron Judge, Charlie Blackmon, George SPringer, Cody Bellinger, .etc this season. Even historically less than A-Rod, Mickey Mantle and Mike Schmidt for their careers.
