Vengeance - 9/10. Went in knowing nothing other than it was written, directed, and starred Ryan from the Office. Movie was great.

A journalist and podcaster travels from New York City to Texas to investigate the death of a woman whom he hooked up with.

Bullet Train. 8/10.

This movie was the closest I’ve seen to being a Guy Ritchie film without actually being directed by Guy Ritchie.

Im watching Encanto. I thought this was supposed to have good music. I guess it has good themes but it seems like Disney has been kinda meh since Moana

Jurassic World: Dominion. Nothing special really. I didn’t think that the mixing of the new and older casts was done all that well. I’d say it ranks probably around third or fourth in the series.
True Grit (John Wayne version). I’ve never seen a John Wayne movie straight through but really enjoyed it. I’m thinking about watching Hondo sometime soon.
A lot of people think his movie "The Searchers" is one of his best.

I’ll keep that one in mind as well. Not as interested in the war stuff, at least at the moment.

Elvis (2022)

Butler and Hanks were good but the movie was kind of a chaotic mess at times. I like how they framed the story from his manager’s perspective.

Let's make some more harry Potter movies but can we make the lead actor even less masculine for the new generation...
But what if the lead is a woman? Is ok to make that character masculine?

I liked it

Jurassic World Dominion
Meh
Dominion was a tough watch. It sucked.

Madness is next on my watch list

Chaos Walking with Daisy Ridley (Star Wars) and Tom Holland (Spiderman)

A small scifi film about a female space explorer who crash lands on a planet with no women... On the planet men's thoughts are revealed as noise anyone can hear.

It wasn't bad actually.

Streaming service...?

All Quiet On the Western Front 2022, Netflix. Not bad at all. Didn't strictly follow the novel per se but they did use most of the elements.
