Here's the great thing. After the Oakland series, we have 24 straight games against sub .500 teams before we face the A's for a home series. Angels, Astros, Brewers, Mariners,Astros, White Sox, Mariners, Twins. Best record of the group is Seattle with 50-58.

I hope Cruz's Quad is going to be OK... it might not matter after tomorrow anyway but assume the best for as far as the suspension goes... I hope its OK.

A sweep would be huge and would leave us .5 games back of the west. Its smooth saying from there, as we don't play a team over .500 until September 2nd after this series and the A's play 6 of 8 series against teams over .500 until the September 2nd series against us

For all those from ESPN that showed concern... I got a job today!!! Actually its sort of weird, I got two but I think I am going to have to turn one of them down. Both are part time but one pays way better than the other and I could actually do both but I think I would rather take the one that pays really well and then use my extra time to continue finding more of a career. Anyway, thanks to those of you that showed concern.

PS. Lainey and Murph... it doesn't look like I will be desperate enough to take you guys up on your " Get Coco Crisp on the DL" offer.
