This was the Ranger offense that I honestly expected to see at the beginning of the season - mostly station-to station with excellent base running execution and the occasional HR thrown in....this is winning baseball. Maybe the Cruz suspension opened our eyes???

Read that the 7-game win streak vs the Angels is a franchise record.

The funny thing is, Arte Moreno's probably thinking to himself, "Robinson Cano, 6 yrs, 180 mil, now that should put us over the top!"

With his love of overpaying ex-Rangers, I'm worried he is going to end up with Garza on another stupid contract. I thought after Pujols and CJ that he would restrict the money he was throwing around, so not going to assume anything. That man is all about chasing bad contracts with more, looking for that "one missing piece".

Glad he is too stupid to realize that going out and spending $50 million on 4-5 good bullpen arms would get him more wins than 1 SP or 1 bat.

It was almost like the Rangers were pissed about something last night. Thought it was great when Martin took 2nd then 3rd right after getting hit. Same with Elvis.

Not sure what got into them, but loved seeing it. Should be able to run on Castro this next series too. Have I said how much I LOVE Martin in the leadoff spot? Dude is raking right now.

Since he started leading off, Leonys Martin has been impressive, especially in the runs and steals categories (look at what they would average out to in a 162 game season)

hHs average is actually lower than I would've thought, I would've thought he was getting on base more than that, but it just goes to show, when he gets on, he makes something happen

I guess that is what I suspected to see also. Anyway it was fun to see it happen against LAA and hope it continues.

2014 KCR have a $12M team option with $1M buyout.

So just Garza then, I have a feeling our success the rest of the way plays a role in our ability to re-sign Garza

Doubt he's going to want to sign with a team that we just got done sweeping twice

He knows what its like to be on a winner with the Rays, going to the Cubs showed him what its like to be on a loser, I bet he picks winner... as long as the money is there
