Agree. Strategy should be plenty of 8 pitch counts to get to the BP early.

Missed the game today but glad to see Holland back on his game. My biggest concern would be Wed game since Ogando has been all over the place with his pitches.

Harrison threw over 40 pitches in 3+ innings giving up one run on three hits. Think his next rehab is at AAA RR

Maybe Harry gets back in a few weeks and is completely healthy and can move back into the rotation and Ogando can get some time to figure it out in the BP the rest of the way

Tough decisions to be made on rotation soon. Kinda hate to see Perez lifted if Harrison AND Lewis returned. Not so much Ogando.

Most important matchup of the series is our pitching against the angels lineup. The angels had a good series offensively against the blue jays....

TEX brings him (or Lewis) back before 1 Sep TEX has to make tow other guys ineligible. Harrison and Lewis are playoff eligible if they are on the DL on 1 Sep. Also playoff eligible would be the guys they would have bumped off the 25man before 1 Sep.

I wouldn't count on that. He's making progress but the report I read on his latest rehab start doesn't scream major league ready.

So question...Got into a debate on LSB about what to do if/when the 50 game Cruz suspension is up. Would you take a cold Nelly with 2 months off over anything else the Rangers could throw in right as it stands now?
