In Beltre we trust.
Moving on to a home series with another AL West opponent. Texas is gonna finish their division schedule by June, because fuck the rest of the AL West!
Is a series win too much to ask?
Unless the fan physically impeded the player you shouldn't be able to. That was a really bad interpretation of that rule. He ran past the ball and was out of position. I jokingly said the fan kept Odor from catching Green's pop up because he pushed the fence padding and reached out for the ball.Another thing.... How in the hell can you assume a fielder is going to catch the ball headed into the stands? That's a ridiculous rule.
I got so pissy with the way we were playing today, I left and went fishing. Imagine my surprise to see we got a win. haha Jokes on me.
And why is Banister insisting on going with Feliz for 2 innings?
You will have to ask the bench coach, because as you remember Banny got tossed. I don't know who made the call in the end. Might have been Maddux once Banny was gone. I was worried for his health more than worrying about the score, but he actually hit 95.
Prince, Beltre, and Mitch all came through in the 9th. It was nice.

Thanks. And good to hear about the 9th.
Nightcrawler is gonna disappear if Mitch keeps this up.

Sounds like you need to go fishing tomorrow night.
hahaha.....I won't rule it out. But Mother nature looks like she's getting ready to give us hell again tonight and tomorrow.
We may be fortunate to even get tomorrows game in.
Com'on Mitch com'on. LOL and kiddingThanks. And good to hear about the 9th.

If he doesn't, I'm sure we won't let him hear the end of it.
I've had about two weeks straight of thunder storms in Houston. I am almost sad to see it go, because it's about to get humid and unbearable in the next few weeks.
Nor should we. My Lord, I've never seen a guy get a bone-on for a player like he has with Mitch. Especially one of our own. But oh well.
I'm glad you didn't watch today! Really am. If you'd seen Choo screw up that very catchable ball, right before the HR which tied the game, you might have destroyed your own property.
Spent an hour in the cellar this evening. Twister 4 mi from our place.hahaha.....I won't rule it out. But Mother nature looks like she's getting ready to give us hell again tonight and tomorrow.
