I can sort of understand not giving Owen Daniels a big contract since he just came off major knee surgery, and TEs are a dime a dozen, but why not sign DeMeco Ryans long term? Top 5 MLB and multiple pro bowler.
Texans are one of the richest franchises in the NFL, country and the world, so money shouldn't be an issue.
This is going to set a bad precedent for present and potential future players. I can't understand why their being so frugal.
