....I made them ''pink'',......figured my pats would win/added a lil' drama to bet/....*sigh*.Eh...2 weeks. He didn't ask for pink did he?
Yes, I watched those things happen. Unreal. We ran into a couple at the NFL on-location pregame party that did this. They came down from Alaska for the game, but ended up selling the tix for $10,000 a piece. I think that they said that they won the tickets in some sort of contest, so all profit...
I think the pink is perfect but I also gotta give Peighton his due. He played great in a huge game.....I made them ''pink'',......figured my pats would win/added a lil' drama to bet/....*sigh*.
.....he told belichick/at end of game it ''might be his last rodeo'',.......half of mee says fkk him [manning bro's/uugghh],...the other half says = good-luck,peyton.I think the pink is perfect but I also gotta give Peighton his due. He played great in a huge game.
1 more to go for him and I hope he gets it.
Me too, but if I somehow were to win tickets, I'd go before I sold them.
They all come down. You never buy the first wave of tickets to hit. As the game gets closer the ticket prices drop dramatically as these scalpers begin to panic that they are going to be stuck with a $2000 ticket that they paid for.
I would wager the FV for upper bowl tickets to be about $900.Is that what the face value is today. When I went back in 90,91 and 92 they were $150

Not currently correct information. Prior to SB49, that was the norm. Not sure if that is the face value just depending where the tickets are at in the stadium. My guess is some of the scalpers even buy them on the secondary market in hopes of doubling their money but like I said what we see is as the game gets closer the ticket prices drop dramatically. Usually that Wednesday before the game from what I understand is the best time to buy as you have people eager to sell.

If someone was offering me 10x what my tickets are worth I'd sell them in a heart beat. Hell, I'd sell my wife's wedding ring for that kind of deal. No way is it worth it to spend $5000+ just to see the Superbowl in person when you can see it better on TV anyway.
