1. Oregon-they're just pummeling everyone, very impressive win over Washington
2. Alabama-Not gonna have much to say about these guys, they don't play anyone good until November
3. Ohio State
4. Clemson- Georgia's loss to Missouri will hurt in the computer rankings, it shouldn't take shine off the win though, Clemson beat Georgia when Georgia was healthy.
5. Baylor- they were finally challenged but came out with the win, Kansas State isn't bad, especially since Texas just pummeled Oklahoma(I was surprised when Kansas State lost to Texas, but now I'm not)
6. Louisville- Not going to drop them for that performance but not moving them up either, unless a bunch of teams lose they might sit here all year
7. UCLA-we're about to learn a lot about this team, on the road against a Stanford team coming off an upset loss
8. Florida State-the bye week made me forget about them until now, oh well no matter if I had them above UCLA or not, if they win next week they'll be above Baylor.
9. LSU- I haven't been impressed with Florida, but LSU still gets credit for confirming what I thought about them.
10. Stanford- classic upset loss, caught up in a road game between two huge games.
11. Miami of Florida- 3 ACC teams in the top 11, what??
12. South Carolina- They just had their most impressive performance of the year.
13. Washington- Oregon is just too much for most everyone
14. Texas Tech- who would have thought them vs Baylor could be the deciding game in the Big 12, but we'll wait and see for that
15. Texas A&M- I actually forgot them at first, they struggled with Ole Miss, which isn't very good at this point
16. Fresno State- They just need to keep winning
17. Oklahoma- They were Texas' biggest game of the year, but the way Texas pummeled them is a surprise, I'm not sure if I should have had them this high even
18. Wisconsin- welcome back to the rankings, impressive win
19. Northwestern- meanwhile for these guys, that was not the time to dwell on a close loss
20. Missouri- very impressive win over Georgia, unfortunately they lost James Franklin, really disappointing for these guys because they were finally making some noise in their new conference, they could have had a good year. I'd have them much higher than this if Franklin didn't get hurt
21. Georgia- Really disappointing for this team they could have been a title contender but injuries have ruined their year
22. Northern Illinois- reward for still being unbeaten
23. Houston-read above
24. Oregon State-They have looked really good after that loss to Eastern Washington to open the year, at this point we can write it off as Eastern Washington surprising them
25. Utah- they get a ranking for pulling off the biggest upset so far this year, lets see where the momentum takes them.
