Sun and Wed in Van? Wow, not sure if thats good (6 days off) or bad.

CBC/NBC scheduling may have had a hand in this, not to mention Rogers Arena Committments (or so I have read).

at this time of the year wolf I say its good. the more rest the better. its the long long haul now. the game will come. this will give them good time to practice. if you can close out and avoid the game 7 do it. and Im glad they did. Rinne in game 7 would give me an ulcer

Nucks have played 13 TOUGH games in 26 nights. (physical playoff hockey, of course, but also not comfortable leads at all). they need the rest, and they need to get some kinks out of their games, as the last few have been damned sloppy.

and even better news, whoever the hell our opponents will be are into a grueling game 7!!!
and then they have to travel to get to us. We will NEED to take advantage of that in game 1.
