I read earlier this morning that my favorite Flyer of all time passed away yesterday. June cannot get here quick enough.

Just saw it on my yahoo account. It's been truly a sad time lately for the Flyers family. We lost Ed and now MacLeish. RIP Rick!

He was so smooth and so strong on the puck. Such a classy player.

My dad (Flyer fan) talked about him a lot, said he might have actually been better than Bobby Clarke (talent wise). Sad day for the entire Flyer family and the entire hockey world. God bless.
