I always liked this kid. He's not Favre, but he does have wheels and he's young. He's also familair with our WRs. Still don't get why they didn't keep him.

I wish they would give Dennis Dixon a shot too.

That list in the article of FAs was really disheartening but I suspect Brady Quinn is the leading candidate and maybe Thigpen and Pat White for a second spot. Skelton is headed to Houston apparently. Tebow is not coming to St. Louis either so that chatter will probably die down over the next couple of days.

Not really a big deal. If they bring him in, barring injury, he's not going to play. Hell if they bring in 2 guys he may be the #3 QB.

I think David has more upside than Quinn or Skelton. I wouldn't mind him getting some starts just to see what we have. At this point Fisher knows what he has in Clemons and it obviously isn't the answer. But if Davis comes in and out performs Bradford..........................I know it's a long shot but it's worth a shot. Also you know what Quinn and Skelton bring to the table and it's no better than Clemons.

according to my dynasty league team, the Cereal Killers,page, Matt Schaub is listed as questionable. Not sure why Skelton would be going there unless either Keenum or Yates will be let go.

I read somewhere that Davis was headed to Houston for a work out as well.

I would like to see Dixon or White get a shot, but Davis at least knows the offense and has some rapport with the receivers already.

They didn't release Thad. Spags tried to hide him on our practice squad and his good ole buddy Pat Shurmur took him along for the ride to Cleveland.
