truly amazing.
games are really ending in odd fashion the last week.

hopefully with the playoff clinch, nerves will settle out and they can relax and get back to a better ballplaying mode they were in a couple months ago and carry that through Rocktober to a Series appearance against the dread sox and snuff them out.

We would do well to sweep the Cubs tomorrow. Ideally, I'd like to take a two-game cushion into Cincinnati, so we can just take one of three and get the play-in game at home. There's no difference, really, between being one up and even with them, since we have to take the series in either of those cases, but we don't get the chance to be two up without winning tomorrow.
