OT: oddities

This Friday when Greinke starts against the Pirates it will be the third consecutive Brewers game that he has started. Granted he only threw 4 pitches in his Saturday start, but it is still odd to see a guy start 3 consecutive team games, AS break or not.

i saw somewhere that it is the first time since WW 1.
that is World War 1. i haven't said that in a long time.

Starting 3 straight games, thought a knuckleballer at the end of the year going for a pennant or a statistical record in the last couple of games might have done it, so i was thinking a niekro or wilbur wood back in the 70's or 80's.

but before 1920, wow.

that would be pretty insane... awesome but insane
