Old Bay Crab Boil

This was dinner tonight:

Bring your pot to a boil

Add in 1 cup of Old Bay seasoning

Add one sliced white onion

Add one garlic bulb sliced in half

Add 3 ears of Nebraska sweet corn cut into 3's (the best corn in existence)

Boil 10 mins.

Add 6 baby red potatoes. Pull the corn when it gets soft, but 10-15 with the potatoes.



Add 1 full smoked pork sausage sliced into the boil and go for another 5

Have your crab rinsed of ice prior, throw it in the boiling pot, bring the temp to low and let it simmer in that flavor for five minutes.

Serve with melted butter salt and pepper. Bada bing.

Old Bay Seasoning if you wanted to make it on your own. I bet it would taste infinitely better if you bought it from a decent store.
