great for tailgating or picnic.
morning- bring water to boil- put in 1/2 bottle of "Lousiana" brand Cajun seasoning...Tony Cacheris if you don't like spicy
Cut potatoes in half and put into boiling water...turn burner to low.
add corn after 2 hours.
Add crab legs and/or crawfish after another hour if like
Add shrimp and/or even small chunks of fish.
the longer it cooks on low the spicier all the items get, start the night before with only the potatoes and corn if you really like spicy.
Do this also just to cook potatoes/corn as sides for many cookouts...its just too simple.
