The couple of innings I watched, LaFromboise was pitching and he looked unhittable! I know it's spring training, but maybe he'll be our lefthanded "specialist" out of the pen this season?

I mentioned this in an earlier post. He is tough against lefties. Glad to see him off to a good start.

Knapp just hit a 3 run homer. Phils lead Yanks 6-1. Lots of promising talent on this Phillies team. The early pre-season stats are strong when it comes to hitting with runners in scoring position!

Got to watch Sundays game. I am pleasantly pleased with how well these kids are doing. They are reminding me of the early 00s and we are going to be competing for a playoffs spot in the future. Perhaps this early June I can get to an early Sunday game and enjoy some baseball for the first time in over 3 years.

Checking out today's game vs PIT on thefeed2all.eu, 1-0 Phils win. Velasques and Oberholtzer each 3 inning SOs. It's way too early for measuring stats, but anyway, and since I'm bored and sober, looking at the averages on MLB.com, I see two groups. I like it when guys get out of the gate fast.

Phillies beat Orioles 8-4. Ruf goes 2 for 2. Both hits were homeruns off of right handed pitchers. That is correct,
right handed pitchers. The longer Howard stays out, the more chances for Ruf to prove he can play everyday.
I am going to forward this post to Amaro just to piss him off!
