Plesac is supposed to start today, that means as of right now the Indians are going with a 6 man rotation. Maybe it's just a strategy bc they start the 4 game series vs the Twins tomorrow.

That means it would be: Bieber, Clevinger, Carrasco, Civale vs Minny. I like it.

I’d definitely take a 2-2 split. Really gotta avoid losing streaks in a 60 game season. It really could only take 1 decent length one to bury you.

on a flip side, a good hot streak would put a team in the driver seat.

Yeah I'm seeing a lot of teams pulling their starters after 3 or 4 innings and going deep into their BP early in the season. Obviously struggles is part of that but I also think it's strategy. All Indians starters went 6 or more so far which I am thankful for, not overworking them either.

Yeah while the Twins don't have a bunch of elite relievers they have a lot of really solid guys. So its a deep pen. I think we will be leaning on it a lot.

We haven't even used Rogers yet. 3 run lead last night went to Romo. Thinking Rocco might be saving Rogers a bit for this weekend too.

Ahh right, forgot about that. Well it works out. It would be huge if they could sweep the Sox and go into the Twins series 5-1 with the offense not up to par quite yet.

It's crazy that this is a must win for a team at this point in the season...but the Sox need one and need one bad. I mean 1-5 start isn't insurmontable but a lot of early pressure in a 60 game season.

I know Plesac is really the #4 but he is looking like Bieber 2.0. Pitching a gem and Giolito is looking damn good as well.
