Reds RHB getting healthy on the Philly left-handers. They need to carry it over against RHP. The Reds RHB are hitting around .200 versus RHP this season

Still hard to believe the Reds signed and kept Parra.

I wonder what the issue was with Arredondo? He had a descent ST and they outright him to keep Parra and Simon. Simon was too busy sitting the bench for the D.R WBC team to get ready for the season. Not to mention Arredondo is making $1.2M to pitch in AAA.

On the subject of keeping the ball down. Has anyone else noticed Mesoraco tends to keep the target on the high side? I'd like to see him keep the glove target down more, especially on the breaking balls.

Could be he feels more comfortable going down to catch the ball as opposed to going up. The glove may be the top of his target. I don't know catching well enough to comment beyond that.

Worse, everybody else in the country seems to think it's OK to bash Dusty.
Honestly, I think the only people who are not bashing Dusty are Mark Prior and Kerry Wood.
