Baylor does not have to adjust anything.
16 is the only one that does not meet new requirements anyway.
17 and 18 have Duke and only 1 FCS on them each.
19, 20, 21, 22 each only have 2 teams each so their 3rd needs to be P5.
23 and 24 have Utah.

Kansas State is fine. Stanford in 16. Vandy in 17 and 20. Miss State in 18 and 19

Yeah, its a future rule so there will be grandfathering. Still a good step. IIRC, the worst offenders are normally Texas Tech, Baylor, K-State, and Kansas though TTU has been playing Arkansas recently.

Iowa State plays Iowa every year, so they basically don't have to adjust anything and the others have been pretty good about getting at least 1 P5 on their schedules each year already.

Perhaps this will help WVU get Pitt on their sched again annually. The Backyard Brawl is a good rivalry that should endure.

I would like to see it say "Only 1 Non-FBS team per 2 years"

I like the non-fbs teams getting to play against the big boys. It gives their school some much needed money and also helps the players out in ways. What i would like to see is that all Non-FBS games are played at the beginning of each season and is not counted towards the season in any way, basically a pre-season game. Teams can choose whether to schedule one or not, its not counted towards the season so its up to the schools.

Let me help you out with Baylor....here are thier current scheduled teams from the power five in the upcoming 8 years. Other than Duke 18' their next power 5 conference game is Utah in 23'. THIS ^^^^ Briles will still piss sitting down when it comes to OOC scheduling. He'll replace Incarnate Word and Liberty with the likes of CU, Indiana and Vanderbilt. Texas, we're set:

Ohio State, ND, USC, LSU, Michigan and then Arkansas, CAL, Maryland.....time for the pussy schools like BU to pick up their skirts and play some tough OOC games....
