NIT is obviously the realistic goal now. This isn't a "must win" per say, but if we don't win it then we have to find a way to get a road win somewhere else.

8 wins gets us in NIT......7 probabaly doesn't but you never know as we still do have quality wins.

That is true.......however, Nebraska is 1-9 away from home and that one win was at a neutral site against a bad team

We are just a completely different team on the road.

By comparison, Penn State was 6-5 at home before we traveled there and lost.

Actually someone else needs to step up. Petteway won't be sneaking up on anyone anymore unless the opponent's coach is completely inept. You take his effectiveness out of the game and make a different Husker beat you.
