So the list of players who should be starting over Kobe is basically every single SG in the league. Nothing against Kobe other than this season, he has been injured and has yet to find a groove. It is the all STAR game though and he clearly is one of the most known players in the world.

Who would else would you replace?

Dwyane Wade and Kobe Bryant has no business starting, but in a way I'm glad they are. Something outrageous has to happen for change to come, and if things keep going the way they are, the NBA has to take the vote out of the fans hands

It's a fan vote. Who cares. All are deserving minus Kobe and he'll likely miss the game anyway. No harm, no foul

i understand why people would say Kobe doesnt deserve it.. and to a lesser extent wade. But it's a exhibition game for the fans. If that's what the fans want.. then they should play.

And this is why I don't take the ASG with any amount of seriousness whatsoever. It's almost as big of a joke to me as the Pro Bowl.

Nobody takes it seriously, it is at least mildly entertaining to see all the "best" players out there not playing any D what so ever.

I am sure other people think it is greatly entertaining.
