Honda's are fast.... The new qualifying rules have the bikes go out for a 15 minute run to set the pole. Slower traffic can mess up a valuable lap as 15 minutes is about 4 laps at COTA. I wish MotoGP would have gone the other direction & do it like WSBK, have a Super Pole session. 1 bike at a time for 1 flying lap to set the pole.


Hopefully this is a good race for this new venue. Wish I were thar in Texas

Yeah.... He's driven to win. He had a bit of controversy making the move from Moto 2 to GP. They changed how riders get to move up after he signed with Honda I believe. Upset some of the natives.

Lorenzo is good but the Yamaha's had a hard time finding the settings for COTA

Killer photos, BMW. Rossi testing out a stock car would be interesting. I'm sure he just wants to take one for a spin. Although KBM did give Kimi a ride in a Truck and Nationwide race once...

Well it looks like Ben Spies will not make the next round of MotoGP in Jerez, because of a pectoral muscle. The AMA & WSBK champion can't seem to stay heathy enough to control these 2 wheeled beast. Best of luck "Elbows" on your return.

BTW I don't like Pedrosa, so I hope Marc hands Dani his ass on a weekly basis.

Ahhh Spain in the Spring time...... Jerez is a mecca for MotoGP with 300,000+ in attendance. All riders want to win, but the Spanish & the Italians love to win on the others soil. Watch Rossi do his best to win in Spain. And of course we have the Spaniards & there are a bunch of them, Marquez, Pedrosa & Lorenzo will be ready for battle.
