The BYU athletic department helped broker an NIL deal with Built Brands that will pay at least one year's tuition for every walk-on member of the football team.

and books. A scholarship covers all of that expense and teams are limited to no more than 85 "scholarship" players.
Plus the money is paid directly to the players and not to the school thus the players do not have to use it for
