Mike McDaniels 1st Season

I posted last year that I thought MM would be a good coaching hire.
A few got upset with me saying he was still a rookie coach and would make mistakes.
Despite making some mistakes, he had a successful 1st season coaching. He learned while still making the playoffs.
I would give him a B with room to improve and learn.
2023 looks like another tough yer for the Dolphins. It will be interesting!

I think that’s a fair grade. There was plenty of good but like you said, plenty to improve on as well. I think what will be remembered for years to come about this season is Tua’s numerous concussions and if any could’ve been prevented.
