No Napier, nor any player should be “guaranteed” anything. Napier is still at a stage where he should have to earn it. He is getting better, but still needs work

As for the rebounding problems for the Heat, I have said this for years and will still do so - their biggest problem is not a lack of size or anything of that sort, the biggest problem is just a lack of effort - on offense, unless UD, Hassan is out there - guys are leaking out after a shot, on the other end - they just dont try. If they just try, the margin wouldnt always be a bad

Missing Hassan big time. Andersen always looks like he ages even more when he is playing so many minutes as he is tonight - We need our big man back for depth and so that Birdman doesnt have to play too much and look too old
