Keys to the game: No sloppy tackling, Minimize penalties and protect the ball. Everything else will fall into place. I have a laundry list of improvements but I really think the above three are most critical.

When I saw the recruiting class that we brought in and I started reading the descriptions of the players and watching there film one thing came to mind.. He's building this team to take on Stanford. If you watch last years Championship game it's easy to see we were getting pushed around on D. We'll find out if this size and bulk pays off. I'll admit, we've looked slow on D, but, maybe we'll be able to stop the run now?? Maybe.

Stanford is not the same team they were last year. They aren't that good. They are 0-2 against good teams and 4-0 against crappy to average ones. Barely beat UW.

ASU had two shots at them when it mattered last year and pooed themselves badly each time.
