The complete stats may be difficult to find, although MLB has their best people looking at the box scores that are available.
Satchel Paige is said to have won over 2000 games, but not sure how many of these were in sanctioned games. Also, Josh Gibson supposedly hit 800-900 homers. Cool Papa Bell may have stolen 2000 bases.

If you want to know more about these players and live near Kansas City, check out the museum on Vine St. They have some great displays and a few videos. Also, Buck O'Neil used to stop by there daily and was great to talk to. He was worth the effort to see.
