Excuses could explain a single season, not an entire career. Anyone care to see the improvement in the teams after he leaves?

The Steelers were 5th before he took over, 11th, 7th and 12th his last year there. They were 6th in the first year after he left. 3rd the year after that.

The Saints finished 13th in the first year after he left, never finished above 28th the previous two seasons.

The Rams were 31st his last year there including his 12 games as interim HC in 2008. They finished 12th in 2010.

The argument is much more valid that he holds his players back, rather than the players always holding him back year after year.

I am no longer interested in continuing the Haz experience.

Was ready for his tenure to end early last year and with the exception of a good game plan against Dallas (which somehow Haz always seems to do ok) have been completely underwhelmed...again.

Raheem, at a minimum, also needs to go. This is his 4th year and the secondary is no better than when he came.
